Movement Research / Workshops / Laboratories

Shared exploration through movement, attention and listening.

Close-up profile of the workshop facilitator with the subtitle “For me, that is magic.”

Kolya’s workshops and laboratories bring together his work as an artist, educator and facilitator. Through movement, attention and embodied listening, he invites participants to explore their own experience and their relationships with others and the surrounding space. He supports individual discovery and shared learning, giving transformation room to emerge.

Each workshop or laboratory is shaped by the conditions of meeting: how participants work together, how much space they give to silence, and what they choose to keep private. Attention, trust and respect for personal boundaries support both individual exploration and collective work.

Facilitation is part of the artistic material. Kolya listens to the group and responds through the tasks he offers, the pace of the session and the space he leaves for participants’ own discoveries. A shared structure supports the work while allowing its direction to evolve through what participants notice, propose and explore together.
